“It’s snowing” one of my students exclaimed at 9:30am this morning. He rushed to stare out the window. At first I thought he was just joking, he is a student who will often get distracted. But no, it really was flurrying. All my students crowded at the window to watch the flurry for a minute and then we continued on with our study of Westward Expansion.
So yes, today October 6th, it began to snow.
It snowed in Shaktoolik for the first time this morning as well.
